Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa merupakan hal penting karena merupakan hasil akhir dari proses pembelajaran siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan serta sumbangan self efficacy dan self leaership dengan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dan self leadership dengan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel self efficacy dengan hasil belajar, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel self leadership dengan hasil belajar, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel self efficacy dan self leadership terhadap hasil belajar dan pengaruh efektif variabel self efficacy dan self leadership secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 25% dengan rincian pengaruh efektif self efficacy sebesar 18.3% dan self leadership sebesar 6.7%. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai evaluasi bagi guru ataupun siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.
